Tokunbo Wahab, the Commissioner for the Environment and Water Resources in Lagos State, has responded on social media after watching a video featuring Nigerian lawyer and content creator Timi Agbaje, Eko Hot Blog reports.
In the video, Timi Agbaje plays a role where he preaches against improper waste disposal and confronts a man caught dumping refuse on the roadside instead of using the approved Lagos State PSP waste collection trucks.
