Muibi Alade Folawiyo, Chairman of Lagos Island East Local Council Development Area (LCDA), has been released on administrative bail following his recent arrest by the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC).

According to ICPC spokesperson Demola Bakare, the chairman is under investigation for allegedly embezzling substantial public funds, diverting resources for personal use, and flouting official procedures.
