Traditional rulers in Ikosi-Ejinrin LCDA have united in praise of Executive Chairman Hon. Wale Anomo, commending his visionary leadership as he begins his second term and encouraging the newly inaugurated councillors to work more closely with their communities.
Ekohotblog reports that speaking at the event, Oba Adéwálé Abdul Olofin Ajaye, the Oba of Orugbo-Iddo Kingdom, congratulated the chairman and advised councillors to maintain a close relationship with the people they represent.

“You must be close to your constituents and understand their challenges. That’s the only way to ensure even development,” he said.
Also present was Oba Nelson Obayomi, the Olówu of Òwu Ikosi, who charged the council to avoid lopsided growth. “Each community must be carried along. When leaders understand the needs of their wards, problems are better solved,” he noted.
In the same vein, Oba Asunmo Aderibigbe, the Alayandelu of Odo Ayandelu Kingdom, stressed the importance of collaboration between the executive, legislature, monarchs, and chiefs.
“Let everyone work together to know what each town is lacking so that development won’t be one-sided,” he advised.
