Following the online pre-registration, in-person registration will start a week later on Monday, August 25, 2025. This physical registration will take place at all INEC Local Government Area offices and other designated centers, and will run from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

INEC has stated that this registration exercise is for all Nigerians who have either reached voting age or were previously unable to register.
