As part of ongoing efforts to enhance administrative coordination and deepen the delivery of governance in Lekki Local Council Development Area (LCDA), the Executive Chairman, Hon. Rasaki Bamidele Kasali (RBK), has made two strategic appointments into his executive team.
Eko Hot Blog reports that Hon. Rasaq Ojikutu has been appointed as Chief of Staff, while Mr. Elemoro Ademola Noheem has been named as the Chief Press Secretary (CPS) to the Chairman.

Both appointees were officially sworn in today, Monday, at the Lekki LCDA Secretariat after taking the Oath of Office and Allegiance.
The ceremony was officiated by the Council’s Legal Officer, Mrs. Fola Roberts, and attended by council executives, stakeholders, family, and friends.
Speaking at the brief but significant event, Hon. Kasali emphasized the importance of assembling a dedicated and result-driven team to implement his second-term agenda.
“These appointments are not just symbolic; they are strategic,” he said. “Hon. Ojikutu and Mr. Elemoro have demonstrated loyalty, competence, and capacity over the years.

I have no doubt they will help drive the vision of our administration forward.”
The newly sworn-in Chief of Staff, Hon. Rasaq Ojikutu, expressed his gratitude for the opportunity, promising to work diligently to support the Chairman’s developmental blueprint.
“I consider this a call to serve, and I’m fully committed to bringing my experience to bear in ensuring the smooth coordination of administrative duties and the execution of RBK’s development agenda,” he stated.
Also speaking, Mr. Elemoro Ademola Noheem, the new Chief Press Secretary, pledged to use the media as a tool for transparency, public engagement, and the projection of the council’s activities.
