The report was presented by Chartered Arbitrator Mr. David Kupolati of Privy Solicitors, alongside the lead counsel, Afolake F. S. Roberts, Deputy Director of Legal Services at Lekki LCDA.
Supporting the arbitration process and ensuring proper documentation were members of the Administrative Team, including Mr. Abbas Toyin, Mrs. Alice Adekunle, Mr. Lawal Akeem, and Mrs. Ajumobi Folahanmi.
This arbitration is one of the notable achievements of the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) initiative introduced by the Executive Chairman of Lekki LCDA, Engr. Rasaki Bamidele Kasali (MNSE, MNATE).
The ADR Committee, constituted and inaugurated last year by the Chairman, was designed to address communal matters peacefully and legally.
Since its establishment, the committee has worked with community stakeholders and professional arbitrators to resolve disputes across the LCDA.
The administration of Engr. Rasaki Bamidele Kasali reaffirmed its commitment to justice and fairness in the affairs of Lekki LCDA, noting that the ADR framework would continue to be a cornerstone for conflict resolution in the area.
