Magu stressed that corruption remains the greatest obstacle to manpower development, explaining that when a country invests billions in education yet classrooms remain empty and poorly equipped, corruption is at play.

The former EFCC boss added that when the nation’s brightest minds leave not due to lack of talent but because of limited opportunities, corruption is to blame. He emphasized the need for young people to break the cycle of corruption for a brighter future.
He made these remarks at the National Industrial Manpower Summit in Abuja, themed “Manpower Development: The Bridge Between Potential and Productivity.”
