In his continued effort to promote empowerment and skill acquisition among constituents, Hon. Mustain Abiodun Tobun (MAT2027) has announced a Batik Kampala Training Session exclusively for residents of Epe Constituency 1.
Eko Hot Blog reports that the initiative, set to hold on Thursday, August 28, 2025, at 11:00 am, will take place at the Epe Local Government Council Secretariat.

It is designed to provide participants with hands-on training in the art of Batik Kampala, a traditional craft with both cultural and economic value.
Speaking on the purpose of the program, Hon. Tobun said, “This training is about empowerment, creativity, and skill acquisition. It is our way of investing in the future of our people.”
He added that the program aims to create opportunities for self-reliance, entrepreneurship, and community growth.
“When people are equipped with practical skills, they are better positioned to support themselves, their families, and the larger society,” he noted.
The training is expected to attract a significant number of youths and women from the constituency, offering them an avenue to learn, network, and showcase their creativity.
