The lawmaker representing Epe Constituency II at the Lagos State House of Assembly, Hon. Sylvester Ogunkelu, has fulfilled his pledge to Temu Community, Mercy Land Garden City CDA, with the delivery of a brand-new 300KVA transformer.
Eko Hot Blog reports that This intervention comes as a direct response to the appeal made by residents during the recent stakeholders’ meeting at the Agbowa Ikosi-Ejinrin Secretariat, where the community earnestly requested a transformer to address their electricity challenges.

“True to my word, I assured the people of Temu that within 48 hours a transformer would be delivered, and today I am glad that promise has been kept,” Hon. Ogunkelu stated.
A delegation comprising Hon. Niyi Olukoya, Hon. Sanni Maruh, and Hon. Abiodun Lawal was sent to oversee the delivery and ensure the successful handover to the community.

The arrival of the transformer is expected to boost local businesses, improve living standards, and provide a more stable power supply.
Residents expressed joy, describing the gesture as proof of the lawmaker’s sincerity and responsive leadership.
Hon. Ogunkelu reaffirmed his commitment to prioritizing community welfare, infrastructural development, and empowerment.
