He expressed optimism that the projects will transform Abuja into a world class city under Tinubu’s administration.
“We give God Almighty appreciation to be here to construct this important road. In terms of infrastructure, Abuja will compete with other major cities of the world,” Wike said.
He urged residents to support the government’s initiatives, stating, “Let us continue to thank Mr President for his commitment to make our capital city what it is meant to be. Our role is to ensure that everything the President has outlined is concluded through your support.”

Wike described himself and other officials as agents tasked with implementing the President’s mission and vision under the Renewed Hope agenda for the people of Nigeria, particularly in the FCT.
Addressing critics, he added, “So many people have accused us of constructing roads. I said that’s one positive thing, at least you have identified that something is going on.”
