EKO HOT BLOG reports that Bloomberg reports that Ronaldo has earned over $550 million (£410 million) in salaries between 2002 and 2023. A large share of his wealth also stems from endorsement deals, most notably his long-term contract with Nike, which reportedly pays him nearly $18 million (£13.4 million) per year.
His move to Saudi Arabia’s Al-Nassr in 2022 further boosted his financial standing, as he became the highest-paid player in football history with an annual salary of £177 million. He recently extended his contract for two additional years, in a deal reportedly worth over $400 million (£298 million), keeping him at the club beyond his 42nd birthday.
Ronaldo’s global brand, CR7, which includes fashion, fragrance, gyms, and hotel ventures, also contributes significantly to his fortune, reinforcing his reputation as one of the most marketable athletes in the world.

Meanwhile, Lionel Messi, captain of Inter Miami, ranks second with an estimated £620 million, followed by Neymar (£280 million) and Kylian Mbappé (£186 million).
