Represented by his deputy, Idris Gobir, the governor said Tinubu’s impressive performance in the last two years had earned him both local and international recognition.

“By 2027, God willing, President Tinubu will be sworn in again as Nigeria’s leader,” Aliyu said, praising the president’s achievements.
He criticised opposition parties for what he described as their “selective criticism” of government policies, noting that they ignore progress but are quick to condemn policies that do not favour them. Aliyu described the opposition as “disorganised and confined to social media propaganda.”

According to him, Tinubu’s leadership continues to earn global respect. “I recently met with an ambassador who commended Nigeria’s positive direction under Tinubu,” he said.
The governor also appreciated the National Assembly for its cooperation with the executive arm, saying the synergy has contributed significantly to the administration’s development agenda.
