Police stated that Oluyori allegedly lured the child into the restroom, where he made inappropriate contact before being discovered.
The victim’s mother reported that her daughter had gone to the restroom during the service, and Oluyori was allegedly observed peeping at her before the incident.
Following his arrest, Oluyori was transferred to the Gender Section of the Lagos State Police Command for further investigation. After questioning, he was found culpable and charged before the Ogba Magistrate Court.
