The management of iconic Nigerian singer, 2Baba, has raised alarm over growing internal issues they claim are obstructing major international opportunities for the music legend.
Eko Hot Blog reports that the concerns were disclosed during an Instagram Live session with media personality Daddy Freeze, where members of the team recounted incidents they believe have derailed carefully planned global projects.

Speaking during the session, a team member stressed the urgency for 2Baba to expand into global markets, noting that several Nigerian stars now relocate to boost earnings and widen their reach.

He argued that the singer’s personal decisions were beginning to affect professional growth, insisting that the situation had become “bad for business.”
Pressed about the involvement of the woman’s family, the team declined to elaborate, describing the matter as “deeper than what the public is seeing,” with one member revealing disturbing experiences that, according to him, left him needing therapy.
They explained that their long-term vision was to elevate 2Baba to the level of globally acclaimed African icons, pointing out that he still has the capacity to fill arenas and achieve milestones similar to world-renowned artistes.

The team disclosed that major arrangements, including a UK tour, African tour, stadium concerts, and high-profile government-backed events in at least five countries, had already been sealed before being abruptly halted by an insider’s intervention.
According to them, the unexpected interference stopped months of preparation in its tracks, leaving the team unable to move forward despite the significant progress already made.
