The project, which commenced with a groundbreaking ceremony led by the Executive Chairman, has provided lasting relief to residents, motorists, and traders who depend on the route as a vital alternative link, particularly during traffic congestion on adjoining major roads.
The improved road network has eased movement, reduced travel time, and boosted commercial activities within the axis.
Residents of the area have commended the council leadership for delivering a project that directly addresses long-standing infrastructural challenges and improves the quality of life of the people.
The completion of the Aledo/Owu Street road further reinforces the Anomo administration’s development agenda, “Changing the Narratives,” which prioritizes people-oriented projects that promote mobility, safety, economic activities, and inclusive growth across Ikosi-Ejinrin LCDA.
With this milestone, the council continues to demonstrate its resolve to deliver sustainable infrastructure and drive meaningful development at the grassroots level.
