The Federal Road Safety Corps has redeployed several senior officers across key commands and departments nationwide as part of efforts to strengthen operational efficiency and leadership effectiveness.

EKO HOT BLOG reports that the redeployment, which takes immediate effect, reflects the Corps’ strategy of aligning experience and expertise with critical operational needs.
Deputy Corps Marshal Pauline Olaye has been moved from the Special Duties and External Relations Department to the Department of Administration and Human Resources at the national headquarters. Assistant Corps Marshal Godwin Omiko, who previously served as Corps Project Implementation Officer, has been appointed to head the Special Duties and External Relations Department.
Assistant Corps Marshal A. Sanusi has been redeployed from the Manpower Development and Training Department to serve as Zonal Commanding Officer at RS1 Headquarters in Kaduna. Similarly, ACM M.O. Olonisaye, formerly the Corps Safety Engineering Officer, now takes charge of RS2 Headquarters in Lagos as Zonal Commanding Officer.
ACM A. Umar, who previously headed RS1 Headquarters, has been nominated to attend the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies. In another change, ACM J.W. Toby and ACM E. Odiete have exchanged postings between RS5 Headquarters in Benin and RS11 Headquarters in Osogbo.
ACM Y.A. Haruna has been appointed to oversee Federal Operations, while ACM A.K. Odeleye Oladayo now heads RS8 Headquarters in Ilorin. ACM C.M. Onukwubiri has moved from RS8 Headquarters to the national headquarters as the new Corps Safety Engineering Officer.
At the Corps Commander level, CC F.A. Ogidan now oversees Command Administration and Strategy. CC A.S. Ibrahim and CC A.S. Ogungbemi have been posted as Sector Commanders in Adamawa and Plateau states respectively.
Additionally, CC S.E. Dawulung has been appointed Acting Corps Project Implementation Officer, while CC D.A. Bello now heads Special Marshals at the national headquarters in Abuja.

The Corps Marshal has directed all affected officers to ensure smooth handovers and promptly assume their new responsibilities.
