President Bola Tinubu has returned to Nigeria after concluding a state visit to the Republic of Türkiye aimed at strengthening bilateral relations between both countries.
Eko Hot Blog reports that the presidential aircraft, an Airbus A330, landed at the Presidential Wing of the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, at 8:55 p.m. on Saturday, according to a brief statement issued by the Presidency.

Tinubu’s visit, which began on Tuesday, featured high-level engagements with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, with discussions centred on expanding cooperation in key strategic areas. The trip culminated in the signing of nine bilateral agreements covering sectors such as defence, energy, security, research and other areas of mutual interest.

Both leaders held extensive talks focused on deepening diplomatic ties and advancing shared economic and security objectives between Nigeria and Türkiye.
Members of the presidential delegation included the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Yusuf Maitama Tuggar; the Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Lateef Fagbemi; the Minister of Defence, Gen. Christopher Musa (retd.); and the National Security Adviser, Nuhu Ribadu.
