The Ejinrin Youth Organisation (EYO) has paid a courtesy and statutory visit to its Grand Patron, Honourable Segun Olulade (Eleniyan), in a meeting marked by reflection, guidance and renewed commitment to youth development.

Eko Hot Blog reports that the visit followed the rare absence of Hon. Olulade from the EYO 2nd of January Annual Event, the first in nearly 18 years.
Members noted that his consistent presence and support over the years have remained a defining pillar of the organisation’s growth, making the engagement both timely and significant.
During the meeting, the EYO leadership briefed the Grand Patron on activities undertaken in the previous year and unveiled plans for the year ahead, including preparations for Miss Oreke 2026 and other initiatives focused on youth empowerment and community development.
In his response, Hon. Segun Olulade commended the organisation for its consistency and vision, while delivering a thoughtful lecture on leadership, accountability and responsibility. Drawing from his experience in public service, he encouraged the youths to embrace purposeful decision-making, resilience and values-driven leadership.
