Students and teachers of a school in the Ogba area of Lagos narrowly escaped death on Monday after a four-storey building housing the institution collapsed just minutes after they evacuated the premises.
Eko Hot Blog gathered that the building reportedly gave way around noon, less than three minutes after students and members of staff were hurriedly moved out of the structure.

Witnesses said the evacuation took place moments before the building suddenly caved in, preventing what could have been a major tragedy.
