Paris Saint-Germain were crowned French Ligue 1 champions for the fifth consecutive season after defeating RC Lens 2-0 on Wednesday night.
Eko Hot Blog reports the victory ensured PSG secured an unassailable lead at the top of the table with just one match remaining in the season.

Georgian winger Khvicha Kvaratskhelia opened the scoring shortly before halftime with his 19th goal of the campaign, while substitute Ibrahim Mbaye sealed the win with a late strike.

The triumph confirmed another dominant domestic campaign for coach Luis Enrique and his side, who had moved closer to the title after edging Stade Brestois 29 1-0 last weekend.

The match had initially been scheduled for April but was postponed to allow PSG additional rest between their Champions League quarter-final fixtures against Liverpool F.C..

The breakthrough came after Ousmane Dembélé intercepted a clearance before setting up Kvaratskhelia to calmly finish.
Lens came close to equalising in the second half when Abdallah Sima struck the post, while Florian Thauvin later had a goal ruled out for offside.
Mbaye eventually wrapped up the victory deep into stoppage time to spark title celebrations for the Parisian side.
