The anti-graft agency disclosed the arrest in a statement posted on its official X account on Friday.
According to the commission, Moses allegedly presented himself on Zelle as a spiritual healer and was contacted by the woman, who was seeking spiritual intervention over personal challenges.
The EFCC alleged that the suspect subsequently persuaded the woman to participate in a naked spiritual bath, which he allegedly recorded without her consent.

The commission said Moses later used the recording to threaten the woman, demanding payment in exchange for not making the video public.
Investigations by the EFCC reportedly established that the woman paid the suspect $1,100 to prevent him from releasing the video.
The agency said Moses would be prosecuted after the conclusion of its investigation.
