His Royal Majesty, Oba Babatunde Ogunlaja (JP), the Aladeshonyin of Odo-Noforija Kingdom, has congratulated His Royal Highness, Oba Abdul-Fatai Balogun, on his emergence as the Alaye of Imobi Land, following the approval of his appointment by the Governor of Ogun State, Prince Dr. Dapo Abiodun, MFR, CON.
Eko Hot Blog reports that in a congratulatory message, Oba Ogunlaja described the emergence of the new monarch as well deserved, noting that it reflects the Ogun State Government’s commitment to strengthening traditional institutions and promoting peace, unity and grassroots development across the state.

The Aladeshonyin also acknowledged the successful installation ceremony, which attracted several dignitaries, royal fathers from Ogun, Lagos and other parts of the country, as well as political leaders, community stakeholders and well-wishers.
He expressed confidence that the ascension of Oba Abdul-Fatai Balogun would usher in a new era of progress for Imobi Kingdom, preserving its rich cultural heritage while fostering development and economic growth.
Oba Ogunlaja further prayed for divine wisdom, sound health and strength for the new monarch as he assumes the responsibility of leading the people of Imobi Land.
“I pray that Almighty God grants Kabiyesi wisdom, good health, and a long, peaceful and prosperous reign in service to Imobi Kingdom and humanity,” the royal father stated.
The Aladeshonyin wished the new Alaye a successful reign marked by peace, unity and sustainable development, expressing optimism that Imobi Kingdom would continue to flourish under his leadership.
