The Association of Estate Agents in Nigeria (AEAN) Practitioners has urged the Lagos State Government and Lagos House of Assembly to introduce policies that address the issue of unethical real estate agents operating within the state.

The call was made during the Association’s Annual General Meeting on January 30th, 2025, where National Publicity Secretary Adeniyi Tinubu highlighted the need for collaboration between stakeholders to raise industry standards.
