The Executive Chairman of Eredo LCDA, Hon. Ismail Monsuru Akinloye, has paid tribute to the Baale of Odogbonle, His Royal Highness Alhaji Sikiru Adebanjo Shanu, as he marked his 89th birthday and first coronation anniversary.

Reflecting on his interactions with HRH Sikiru Shanu over the past year, Akinloye highlighted the monarch’s commitment to community service, unity, and cultural preservation.
“HRH Sikiru Adebanjo Shanu is not just a leader; he is a symbol of wisdom and humility. His dedication to building an egalitarian society is evident in his actions and decisions.
He has truly transformed Odogbonle, and his influence extends beyond his community,” Akinloye stated.
Since his ascension to the throne one year ago, the Baale has been celebrated for his selfless service and visionary leadership.
Under his reign, Odogbonle has witnessed significant improvements in community relations, infrastructural development, and cultural revival.
Hon. Akinloye acknowledged the Baale’s role in promoting peace and harmony within the community. “His leadership has fostered unity among our people.
He has shown that true leadership is about service and sacrifice,” Akinloye noted.
The double celebration brought together community leaders, residents, and well-wishers who gathered to honor the traditional ruler.
