EKO HOT BLOG reports that the development was disclosed by London based tattoo studio, Fulham Tattoo, which shared photos of the artwork on Instagram on Thursday.
According to the studio, the former two time heavyweight champion visited their shop unannounced for the session, marking his first appearance at the facility.
“Huge thank you to two-time heavyweight champion of the world Anthony Joshua for unexpectedly and unannounced walking through the door a few weeks ago for his first visit with us at Fulham Tattoo London … what a walk in,” the post read.
The tribute tattoos were dedicated to Ghami and Ayodele, both members of Joshua’s training team who died in December.
The duo lost their lives on December 29, 2025, after the Lexus Jeep conveying them, Joshua and others rammed into a stationary truck along the busy Lagos Ibadan Expressway. Joshua, who was also in the vehicle, sustained injuries and was hospitalised before later returning to the United Kingdom.
Ghami served as Joshua’s strength and conditioning coach, while Ayodele was one of his trainers. Their deaths drew widespread reactions across Nigeria and the international boxing community.
Despite the emotional loss, Joshua attended the funerals of both men, joining family members, friends and colleagues to mourn them.

Fans and associates described Ghami and Ayodele as dedicated professionals who played significant roles in Joshua’s career, while expressing sympathy with the boxer over the tragic incident.
