Job Overview
The Project Architect will manage architectural activities on-site, ensuring strict adherence to approved drawings, design principles, and quality benchmarks. The role involves regular collaboration with engineers, builders, and contractors to oversee the day-to-day implementation of architectural elements.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise construction works to ensure alignment with architectural drawings.

Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to the construction team.

Review and approve material samples and architectural submittals.

Resolve design discrepancies and manage construction challenges in real-time.

Coordinate across disciplines (structural, MEP) to maintain design integrity.

Prepare and submit detailed site supervision reports.

Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Monitor project progress and assess workmanship.

Participate in site and coordination meetings.
Requirements

Master’s Degree in Architecture
-
7–31 years of relevant experience

Valid ARCON registration and practice license

Membership with the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA)
