Beyoncé Tops Grammy Nominations as Trevor Noah Prepares for His Fifth Hosting Year

- Trevor Noah returns for his fifth year as host of the 67th Grammys on February 2, 2025.
- Beyoncé leads with 11 nominations, joined by Kendrick Lamar, Billie Eilish, and Post Malone with seven each.
- The event will also support wildfire relief efforts through fundraisers and the FireAid concert.
EKO HOT BLOG reports that this marks his fifth consecutive year hosting “music’s biggest night,” a role he has embraced with humor and a deep passion for music.
Despite ongoing wildfires in the region, including the Palisades and Eaton wildfires, the main awards show remains on schedule.
However, several Grammy Week events have been canceled, with some major gatherings, like Clive Davis’ Pre-Grammys Gala, proceeding as planned and serving as fundraisers for wildfire relief. Additionally, the FireAid benefit concert on January 30 will raise funds to support those impacted by the wildfires.

Reflecting on the pressure of hosting, he shared in a previous interview with Variety, “You don’t want to disappoint the artists that you love… If you don’t do well for a live audience, OK, you’re going to bounce back; but to have the look of disappointment from an icon like Beyoncé — I do not wish for that experience. So I work twice as hard.”
In addition to celebrating the best in music, this year’s Grammys will highlight resilience, with the Recording Academy’s commitment to using the event as a platform for community support and wildfire relief efforts. The ceremony promises to be both entertaining and impactful.
