Job Description:
- Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth banking services.
- Supervise staff to maintain high customer service standards.
- Implement policies and procedures in line with regulatory and bank guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with CBN and internal banking regulations.
- Manage cash handling, transaction processing, and account reconciliation.
- Monitor financial transactions to detect and prevent fraud.
- Coordinate branch audits and provide necessary reports to management.
- Foster customer relationships and address service-related issues.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to branch employees.
Requirements:
