Adesina has promised that Buhari will win the fight against insecurity in the country before he hands over in 2023.
EKO HOT BLOG reports that the Special Adviser to President Muhammadu Buhari on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, on Wednesday declared that his principal is winning the war against insurgency and insecurity in Nigeria.
He boasted that before leaving office in 2023, President Buhari would have won the war.
This online media platform understands he made the submission in Abuja at a yearly conference on security and communication, where he pointed out that some people don’t want to acknowledge that the government is winning the war against insurgents.
Adesina said the county is much better security-wise than it was compared to when President Buhari came into power in 2015.
“Although some people, for reasons best known to them, would not agree, the fact and the truth is that Nigeria is overcoming the insecurity challenges.
“The situation is calming down, and the President, Muhammadu Buhari, will leave the country better than he inherited it.
“Security is daily getting better, and President Buhari will win the war before he hands over power next year,” he said.
