Music executive, Don Jazzy, has unveiled 21-year-old singer and songwriter, CupidSZN, as the newest addition to the Mavin Records family.
Eko Hot Blog reports that the young artiste’s journey to the label began four years ago when his father first sent Don Jazzy a message showcasing his talent.

According to Don Jazzy, the message went unnoticed at the time, but CupidSZN continued to develop his craft until he eventually caught the attention of the Mavin team two years later. After excelling at the Mavin Academy, he earned his place on the label’s roster.
Announcing his signing on Instagram, Don Jazzy explained that CupidSZN’s story is one of perseverance and hard work. He noted that the artiste is now ready to begin the next phase of his career, accompanied by the release of his debut EP titled Myth Era.
CupidSZN, known for his blend of Afropop and Afrobeats, expressed gratitude to fans, Don Jazzy, and the entire Mavin Records team for believing in him. He also appreciated his family for their support, especially their decision to relocate to Lagos to help him pursue his dreams.
The 21-year-old credited God for guiding his journey and promised not to take the opportunity for granted, saying the support he has received continues to inspire him.
Before joining Mavin Records, CupidSZN had already gained attention with singles such as “Service” (2024), “I Want More” (2025), and “Osogeme” featuring Wademix.
