Ejinrin Kingdom Marks Oba Rafiu Balogun’s 20th Coronation and 80th Birthday with Jumat Service

As part of activities marking the 20th coronation anniversary and 80th birthday of His Royal Majesty, Oba Rafiu Ishola Balogun, the Elejinrin of Ejinrin Kingdom, a special Jumat service was held on Friday at the Central Mosque, Ejinrin.

Ekohotblog reports that the service witnessed the presence of dignitaries, royal fathers, and members of the Muslim community.

Clerics gathered to offer prayers of thanksgiving and blessings for the monarch’s remarkable reign and longevity.

The Alayandelu of Odo Ayandelu Kingdom, His Royal Majesty, Oba Asunmo Aderibigbe, was among the prominent guests at the event.

In his goodwill message, Oba Aderibigbe praised Oba Balogun’s visionary leadership and prayed for his continued strength and longer life.

“Your 20 years on the throne have been filled with immense contributions to the growth and unity of Ejinrin Kingdom.

I pray for more fruitful years ahead in good health and divine wisdom,” Oba Aderibigbe said.

The Chief Imam of Ejinrin Kingdom, led the sermon and prayers, urging the people to emulate the monarch’s dedication to community service and development.

In his remarks, Oba Rafiu Balogun expressed heartfelt gratitude to God and the people of Ejinrin Kingdom for their support.

“This celebration is a testament to the unity and faith of our people. I am humbled by your love and prayers and remain committed to the progress of our kingdom,” the monarch stated.

He also encouraged everyone to always appreciate good things coming into the community, because everyone will definitely benefit from it.
