Epe LG Chairman Donates First Aid Boxes to Schools Across the Community

In a move to enhance health preparedness in schools, the Executive Chairman of Epe Local Government, Hon. (Princess) Surah Olayemi Animashaun, has donated first aid boxes to several schools within the local government area.
Ekohotblog gathers that the initiative was highlighted during a health outreach program organized in partnership with the Lagos State Health District III, providing free medical services such as TB and cervical cancer screening, dental care, and treatment of hypertension and diabetes.

Hon. Adeleke Monsurat, Permanent and Secretary of Health District III, acknowledged the gesture, stating:
“The chairman has gone above and beyond to support not just the health sector but also education.
Providing first aid boxes to schools is a vital step in ensuring that students receive immediate care in emergencies.”
Chairman Animashaun, while speaking on the donation, said:
“We believe that safety in schools goes hand in hand with education.
These first aid boxes are not just tools, but lifesaving kits that could make a big difference before professional help arrives.”
