Eko Hot Blog reports that the globally recognised cycling event, which attracted professional and amateur cyclists from different parts of the world, passed through key communities within Epe, further projecting the area as a hub of culture, hospitality, and tourism.

The Executive Chairman of Epe Local Government, Hon. (Princess) Surah Olayemi Animashaun, was duly represented by the Vice Chairman, Hon. Sikiru Owolomoshe, while the Chief of Staff, Hon. Odupe Fuad Tunde, led other top government functionaries to receive and cheer the cyclists.
Their presence underscored the council’s strong institutional support for initiatives that place Lagos on the global sporting map.
