“These projects show our commitment to the welfare of our people,” she said. “Doctors will now have a decent and secure place to live, which will help them focus better on saving lives. Also, students will now learn in a clean and safe environment, which will improve their performance in school.”
Hon. Animashaun added that her administration will continue to invest in projects that benefit the people and help the community grow. “We are not stopping here. More projects that will touch lives are on the way,” she assured.
Mr. Ayanbisi, a senior staff member at Epe General Hospital, praised the Chairman for her efforts in supporting the healthcare system. He highlighted her regular assistance in paying medical bills for patients who are unable to afford them and for helping those abandoned at the hospital.
“Hon. Surah Animashaun is truly compassionate,” Mr. Ayanbisi said. “There have been many cases where patients were stuck because they couldn’t pay their bills. She personally stepped in, paid those bills, and made sure they received proper care. That kind of support is rare, and we’re grateful.”
Residents have also expressed their happiness about the projects. A parent, Mrs. Funke Adesanya, said, “Our children will now have better classrooms. This will help them learn well.” Dr. Bayo Yusuf, a local health worker, added, “The Doctors’ Quarters will improve our living conditions and allow us to serve the community better.”
