The programme, which has become a consistent intervention under the current administration, is designed to provide relief and encouragement to vulnerable groups, particularly widows and senior citizens facing economic challenges.
Speaking during the distribution exercise, Hon. Akinloye reaffirmed his administration’s dedication to prioritizing the welfare of the elderly and widows within the LCDA.
“Our commitment to supporting widows and elderly residents remains unwavering. This initiative will continue as a monthly programme because governance must continue to touch the lives of the people directly,” he stated.
