Burna Boy, during a recent conversation, revealed that his first true musical attachments were to artists such as Tupac Shakur and Lil Wayne. “Fela had a big influence because his music was always around me, but I can’t say he inspired me. Inspiration is different. For me, Tupac and Lil Wayne were the ones who made me want to be an artist,” Burna Boy was quoted as saying.
