EKO HOT BLOG reports that Special Adviser to President Bola Tinubu on Policy Communication, Daniel Bwala, made this clarification in a post on 𝕏 on Monday, accusing opposition politicians of spreading falsehoods.
He alleged that some critics were misleading the public by claiming that President Tinubu’s policies were harming the northern economy.

“The reason food prices are crashing is because we have dealt a heavy blow to insecurity, allowing farmers to return to their farms,” Bwala stated. He urged Nigerians to ignore those attributing the price drop to food importation, insisting that Tinubu’s administration is focused on tackling security challenges and boosting local food production.
