EKO HOT BLOG reports that Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti has released his team’s squad for the Champions League match against Liverpool, which is set to take place at Anfield on Tuesday. The game marks the first leg of their last-16 tie.
Real Madrid go into the match following a 2-0 victory against Osasuna in their previous La Liga game on Saturday.

The squad list includes several notable names, such as goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois, defenders Dani Carvajal and David Alaba, midfielders Luka Modrić and Federico Valverde, and forwards Eden Hazard and Karim Benzema.
Other players on the squad list include goalkeepers Andriy Lunin and Luis López, defenders Éder Militão, Jesús Vallejo, Nacho Fernández, Álvaro Odriozola, Lucas Vázquez, and Raphael Varane, as well as midfielders Eduardo Camavinga, Dani Ceballos, Mario Martín, and Sergio Arribas, and forwards Marco Asensio, Vinícius Júnior, Rodrygo Goes, and Mariano Díaz.
The absence of midfielders Toni Kroos and Aurelien Tchouameni due to injury is notable, but the inclusion of several talented players across all positions means that Ancelotti’s team will be able to put up a strong performance.
