Gratitude Pours As RCCG Constructs Road And Pipeway For Egbe Community

The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), the New Jerusalem Zonal Headquarters, Egbe Lagos brought all sort of joyful emotions to the residents of the Egbe community with the construction of the main Pipeway that links other communities in the area.

The drain had long gone bad years ago, thereby making it very difficult for the people to navigate their daily activities as well as severely affecting their income.

Ekohotblog gathered that the Pipeway had long been already commissioned by Olusegun Osunsan, the Church’s former Regional Pastor.

Ekohotblog reports that the church, also hired a local road contractor to grade the main street connecting other inner ones in the area.

Pastor Ola Olaniyi, the PICZ, said that the project, which cost the church over N2.7 million, was a part of the church’s social responsibility to its host community.

The church had also been said to often offer free financial support to some poor individuals and families to start businesses as part of its empowerment programme.
