Job Summary
We seek a dedicated Human Resource Officer to join our mining operations team in Kebbi State, North-West Nigeria. The successful candidate will collaborate with HR professionals to oversee core HR functions, ensuring seamless execution in a dynamic and fast-paced project environment.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment
- Identify and recruit top talent for key roles.
- Oversee hiring processes in compliance with Nigerian Labour Laws.
Employee Relations & Onboarding
- Manage employee relations to maintain a positive work environment.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires.
Industrial Relations
- Act as a liaison for industrial relations, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
Compensation & Benefits
- Administer payroll, benefits, and performance management systems in line with company policies.
HR Administration
- Maintain accurate HR records and utilize HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
- Ensure policies align with legal and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HR role, covering key HR functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related fields.
- Experience in a production or mining facility is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian Labour Laws and employment contracts.
- Proven training in HR Fundamentals.
- Proficiency in HR software systems, especially HRIS.
- Ability to work on-site and resume immediately.
- Willingness to relocate – company accommodation and a relocation subsidy are provided.
