The Ibeju-Lekki Local Government has announced the commencement of ATM card distribution for beneficiaries of the third batch of the Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT) programme, facilitated by the administration of the Executive Chairman, Hon. Abdullahi Sesan Olowa.

Eko Hot Blog reports that according to the council, the exercise is scheduled for Friday, 13 February 2026, at the Ibeju-Lekki Local Government Secretariat, with beneficiaries expected to arrive by 9:00am prompt.
The distribution forms part of the administration’s ongoing social intervention measures aimed at supporting vulnerable residents and easing economic hardship across communities.
Council officials stated that beneficiaries must present their National Identity Card (NIN) for proper identification and verification before collecting their ATM cards. Adequate arrangements, including security and verification processes, have been put in place to ensure a smooth and orderly exercise.
The Conditional Cash Transfer programme remains a key pillar of the Hon. Abdullahi Sesan Olowa-led administration’s welfare agenda, designed to promote financial inclusion, improve livelihoods and enhance the overall well-being of residents in Ibeju-Lekki.
