EKO HOT BLOG reports that President Muhammadu Buhari on Friday, took the newly-elected president, Bola Tinubu, on a tour of the Presidential Villa in Abuja.
The two men arrived at the Press Gallery around 1:18 pm after observing Jummah Prayers at the Aso Villa Mosque. Buhari showed Tinubu the Press Gallery, saying “This is the Gallery where you will be meeting members of the press.”

This tour followed the conferment of the National Honour of Grand Commander of the Federal Republic and Grand Commander of the Order of the Niger upon Tinubu by the President the previous day. Vice President-elect Kashim Shettima was also conferred with the honours at the State House Banquet Hall.
