Copies of Form EC9, containing sworn affidavits, educational qualifications, and work histories, were pasted across INEC’s headquarters, state offices, and local government area centers nationwide.

Form EC9 details for President Tinubu reflect his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration awarded with honors from Chicago State University in June 1979.
His submissions also incorporate National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) discharge documentation from his service year in Oyo State (1982–1983), along with professional history spanning Mobil Nigeria Limited, his tenure as Governor of Lagos State, and his current term in the presidency.
Similarly, Vice President Kashim Shettima’s primary, secondary, and tertiary academic records were made available for public scrutiny.
His submissions trace his educational background from Lamisula I Primary School and Government Secondary School, Potiskum, to his Second Class Upper division degree in Agriculture from the University of Maiduguri and a Master of Science in Agricultural Economics from the University of Ibadan.
INEC emphasized that the public display serves as an essential transparency mechanism, enabling members of the public to examine candidate declarations.
Under existing legal frameworks, citizens retain the right to request certified true copies of nomination entries or challenge false claims in court as political parties prepare for the official launch of presidential campaigns scheduled for August 19.
