Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels across all products within the hospitality establishment.
- Implement efficient ordering and restocking procedures to maintain product availability.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Collaborate with purchasing and receiving teams to streamline supply chain operations.
- Analyze consumption patterns and propose adjustments to optimize stock levels.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of perishable and non-perishable items.
- Maintain and implement effective inventory control systems and procedures.
- Generate reports on inventory performance, stock turnover, and order fulfilment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in a relevant field.
- 2–3 years of proven experience as an Inventory Officer, preferably in the hospitality sector.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management and communication abilities.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Salary Range:
N100,000 – N120,000 per month
