EKO HOT BLOG reports that Joshua had maintained a low profile following the December 29 accident but was seen on Saturday at The O2 Arena in London, where he attended a boxing event.
The British boxer was ringside as Derek Chisora fought the 50th and final bout of his career against Deontay Wilder.
Promoter Eddie Hearn has said Joshua will need time to recover emotionally before considering a return to the ring.
Dressed in a white tracksuit, Joshua arrived at the arena alongside Hearn, stepping out of a black vehicle and walking past camera crews into the venue.
There was no interaction between Joshua and Wilder, despite their long-standing rivalry and past links to a potential world title clash. The American boxer walked past Joshua without acknowledgment in a corridor inside the arena.
Joshua last fought before Christmas, when he faced Jake Paul in Miami. Speculation has continued over a possible bout with fellow British boxer Tyson Fury.

Speaking during a ringside interview with DAZN, Joshua said: “It’s amazing to be here. Boxing, especially British boxing, is booming.
“I’m obviously biased, I’m rocking with Derek regardless, so I’m Team Chisora.”
