A High Court in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) has ordered the arrest of Kabiru Turaki after he failed to appear in court over a criminal charge filed against him.
Eko Hot Blog reports that the order was issued by Justice U.P. Kekemeke following Turaki’s absence during proceedings in a case brought by the Nigeria Police Force.
