The Lagos Ministry of Establishments and Training kicked off a two-day training program on Tuesday for management staff within the State Civil Service, featuring participants from various cadres.

While declaring the programme open, the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Establishments and Training, Mrs. Olubusola Abidakun, highlighted the importance of equipping officers with vital skills and knowledge to drive efficiency and productivity.

Represented by the Director of Training, Mrs. Modupe Animashaun, Abidakun emphasized the significance of integrity in smart city initiatives.
