The people of Ilege community in Lekki Local Council Development Area (LCDA) have received a new secondary school building, facilitated by Hon. Wale Raji, Member of the House of Representatives for Epe Federal Constituency.

Eko Hot Blog reports that Hon. Wale Raji described the project as one of the dividends of democracy and a reflection of the All Progressives Congress (APC)’s commitment to good governance.

He noted that two other secondary school blocks had also been constructed in Oko-Abe and Owu-Ikosi communities.
Executive Chairman of Lekki LCDA, Engr. Rasaki Bamidele Kasali (MNSE, MNATE), showered praises on the lawmaker for his consistent efforts toward grassroots development.
“Hon. Wale Raji has demonstrated true representation and quality leadership. We deeply appreciate this gesture and urge our people to protect the school and ensure it serves its purpose,” he said.
Also present at the commissioning was Rep. Prince Adebayo Balogun, Member representing Ibeju Lekki Federal Constituency, who described the development as a huge relief for parents and children.
“This establishment is a major step in improving education and reducing the burden on families in this community,” he stated.
