At the ICT Centre of Lekki Local Council Development Area (LCDA), youths who earlier participated in the first phase of the Excel training program have now successfully concluded the second phase.
Eko Hot Blog reports that the training focused on strengthening their digital capacity with hands-on lessons in Microsoft Excel, particularly in the areas of data management and analysis.
Closing the program, the Executive Chairman of Lekki LCDA, Engr. Rasaki Bamidele Kasali (MNSE, MNATE), presented certificates of completion to participants.
He encouraged them to put their newly acquired skills to productive use, noting, “This initiative is about giving our youths the tools they need to compete, contribute, and succeed in today’s technology-driven world.”

Participants expressed appreciation for the program, describing it as impactful and timely, while emphasizing how it has broadened their digital knowledge and confidence.
The Excel training is part of Lekki LCDA’s continuous capacity-building agenda, designed to empower both staff and youths with digital skills that will open doors to career opportunities and enhance community development.
