This collaborative session united Department/Unit leaders to collectively visualize the Academy’s future, emphasizing three key pillars: Excellence, Collaboration, and Sustainability.
By graphically mapping goals and priorities, the leadership team established a clear plan to enhance the experiences of stakeholders and fortify partnerships.

Commenting on the importance of the exercise, Mrs. Agbaje-Okunade highlighted the power of visualizing success and the Academy’s dedication to achieving ambitious goals.
The session not only served as a platform to share ideas and insights but also created a strong sense of purpose and alignment within the team.
Agbaje-Okunade emphasised the importance of intentional planning. “As an Academy dedicated to leadership development, we must consistently be innovative and set a benchmark for excellence. This vision board session enables us to focus on the future and align our goals with our mission”, she stated.
